We are a group of real estate agents within eXp Realty, across the globe, with a shared mission of creating the best business AND lifestyle we can together.

Founded by Kyle Handy in 2017, the group now exceeds over 500 agents and spans 28 US states and multiple countries.

Everyone is their own real estate agent, team leader, or broker and conducts business how they see fit and with no additional split or compensation paid to The Dream Team.

Also, agents brand themselves or their team how they wish, in accordance with eXp Realty and state policies. The Dream Team branding is internal only and not intended for public real estate purposes.

However, we collaborate, share tips, tools, and referrals amongst the group. We also gather together at company and private events.
